calender events work great, new tasks crash every time

This would be great, but it crashes every time I try to add a new task/todo. The calendar events seem to add fine.

Actually, I should say I either get an error "cant add event" or some such, or it crashes outright every time I try to add a task/todo.

Ive searched the forum and elsewhere and cant find a solution. If I can fix this, Id give it a 4 or 5.
