Almost works great - no support since Feb 2013

I got this to work alongside Alfred to easily add appointments to my Google Calendar.
It works great, except there are some glaring bugs that have never been addressed. I’ve contacted support to no avail. Just check their Twitter account to see no activity in months. Is this dead? They’re just collecting money for a broken product that has so much potential.
